We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible for all participants.

Refunds (48+ Hours Notice):
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours):
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund. However, you may rescheduleyour booking for a future class, subject to availability.
No-Shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not provide notice, the booking is forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Weather Exception:
The only exception to the 48-hour refund policy is inclement weather. If severe weather prevents safe travel, a refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
