Create Your Own 6/14/25
Looking to get creative? We are excited to offer this fun class just for adults that will allow you to get messy and have fun! This is a one session class for beginners, no experience with clay necessary.
PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING:
Class is at 10:00am and will be approximately 2 hours long. Suggested age is 16 and up. We also recommend that you have taken a class with us before but not required.
What to expect:
-learning various hand building pottery techniques
-create your choice of items using the different pottery techniques
-all clay and supplies are provided
This is a two part experience. When you come in you will create your piece by hand. When it dries we will fire it in the kiln the first time, then invite you back at your convenience to paint your masterpiece anytime during our normal business hours. It then gets fired in the kiln one more time before you take it home. You are not required to paint your piece but it is included in the price of the class.
**Please note this is a handbuilding session, not wheel throwing. Ceramics is an unpredictable medium and undesirable outcomes may include cracks/warping/separation at joints and breakage in the kiln. Participant understands we can not guarantee results.
